Meet Coach Anthony
Effective coaching begins with understanding the person—their goals, experience, schedule, training environment, and current starting point.
Before becoming a performance coach, I spent nearly 20 years as a barber. That experience taught me how to listen, build trust, remain consistent, and recognize that every person needs an individual approach. Those lessons continue to shape the way I coach today.
I have worked with athletes, driven professionals, individuals, and teams. My experience includes serving as a strength coach and cross-country coach at Army and Navy Academy in Carlsbad, California, as well as leading corporate strength and conditioning sessions for Adidas, Thermo Fisher Scientific, and Best Buy.
Through Network Vitality, I combine purposeful programming, measurable feedback, accountability, and ongoing support. I believe every client is an athlete, even if they do not see themselves that way yet.
The foundation of effective training can be standardized, but its application must fit the individual. My role is to provide clear direction, monitor progress, make thoughtful adjustments, and help each client build confidence through steady execution—not perfection.
